Wayne Hemi

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As owner and founder of MMS Group, Wayne’s experience and success in running a multi-faceted business is demonstrated by the company’s continued success nearly 25 years later. Wayne’s foresight, drive and motivation has seen the company grow from a single person operation to a group organisation operating across two countries.

Rachel Boyle

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Rachel has been a pivotal part of the company since its inception. She has accrued 15 years’ experience in designing and implementing administrative processes and procedures in line with company growth cycles. She ensures a solid balance is kept between company operations and resourcing, contract specifications and client satisfaction.

Anthony Cutts

OPERATIONS MANAGER, WELLINGTON

Anthony first joined MMS Group in 2010 and brings with him over 10 years of experience within the Facilities Maintenance industry and sector. With this unrivalled knowledge, Anthony is a very valuable asset to MMS and completes all work to contract specifications.

Maria Barlow

CONTRACTS ADVISOR, NEW ZEALAND

Maria has been with MMS Group since 2012 and during her time has held a number of varied roles. Since early 2018, she has worked as Operations Administrator for our MEP and HVAC Contract with AT, overseeing daily operations, scheduling works and managing our SimPRO system.

Jessica Hemi

BID COORDINATOR

Jessica specialises in contract and tender administration, with experience bidding for facilities maintenance contracts across a variety of sectors. With a positive and passionate approach, Jessica provides support and assistance in administrative processes and new business development at MMS Group Auckland.

Mohammed Khalid

GROUP HSEQ MANAGER

Mohammed is an influential leader with a significant impact on defining and delivering Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental strategy in alignment with MMS Group goals. His expertise and commitment to excellence makes him a valuable asset, consistently driving safety behaviours and ownership, quality, and legislative compliance forward, promoting a culture of excellence across MMS Group New Zealand and Australia.

Mark Mathison

FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to MMS Group as a Senior Facilities Operator with a track record of successfully overseeing daily operations of major facilities and stations across New Zealand. His current role sees Mark managing 100+ staff across our New Zealand Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Sanitisation operations.

Leon Jost

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AND PROJECT MANAGER

With 30+ years of experience, Leon brings a solid understanding of Facilities Management to MMS Group. His key service streams include Management of Maintenance Services (HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing) and BMS Controls Management. Leon currently manages several projects across our Auckland branch.

Craig Shepherd

GENERAL MANAGER, NEW ZEALAND

With more than 30 years of experience, Craig brings a solid understanding of firm establishment including financial and operational management. His working history demonstrates his capacity for corporate growth, reinvention, and innovation. Based in Auckland, Craig oversees all operations of the business while also enhancing productivity and departmental revenues.

Alan Vivian

CONTRACT MANAGER, QUEENSLAND

Alan brings 30+ years’ knowledge and experience to MMS Group Queensland. He has extensive experience in complex environments and is highly skilled in numerous areas including industrial painting, construction, health and safety, and contract management.
