As owner and founder of MMS Group, Wayne’s experience and success in running a multi-faceted business is demonstrated by the company’s continued success nearly 25 years later. Wayne’s foresight, drive and motivation has seen the company grow from a single person operation to a group organisation operating across two countries.
Rachel has been a pivotal part of the company since its inception. She has accrued 15 years’ experience in designing and implementing administrative processes and procedures in line with company growth cycles. She ensures a solid balance is kept between company operations and resourcing, contract specifications and client satisfaction.
General Manager - New Zealand
Quintin is an experienced Senior Project Manager who specialises in programme and contract management. With an extensive management background and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, Quintin is confident in widening MMS Group’s services and diversification to new and existing clients.
Amy brings to MMS extensive experience in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Amy is a results-oriented and committed HSEQ leader who has successfully operated within dynamic HSEQ departments. With a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, health and safety systems and best practice, Amy will drive MMS forward.
QLD Contract Manager
Omer joined MMS Group in our Brisbane team over 7 years ago as a cleaner. He has since worked as a Supervisor and now acts as MMS’ QLD Contract Manager. He is always willing to go the extra mile and is a direct representation of MMS Group’s values of upholding the highest standards of integrity in all of our actions.
Operations Manager - Wellington
Anthony first joined MMS Group in 2010 and brings with him over 10 years of experience within the Facilities Maintenance industry and sector. With this unrivalled knowledge, Anthony is a very valuable asset to MMS and completes all work to contract specifications.
NSW Contract Manager
Daniel has extensive senior management experience working across a wide range of complex environments. He has a strong track record of successful leadership with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams with a client-oriented focus.
Contract Manager - MEP
Dewald first joined MMS Group in early 2019 as an experienced and qualified electrician. He has worked across a wide range of complex environments and possesses a strong track record of successful leadership with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively.
Contract Manager - ATC
Stelio joined MMS in 2019 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge surrounding operations management, service delivery and customer relationship management. Stelio currently acts as Contract Manager for our Auckland Transport Cleaning & Hygiene Contract, managing over 60 staff and contractors who work on a 24/7/365 basis.
Maria has been with MMS Group since 2012 and during her time has held a number of varied roles. Since early 2018, she has worked as Operations Administrator for our MEP and HVAC Contract with AT, overseeing daily operations, scheduling works and managing our SimPRO system.
Carla joined MMS Group as our first Bid Manager bringing over 10 years of experience managing contracts and tender processes. She has worked in various industries including community services, hospitality and property management on the Gold Coast. Carla will lead the bid and tender management process for MMS Group going forward.
Jessica specialises in contract and tender administration, with experience bidding for facilities maintenance contracts across a variety of sectors. With a positive and passionate approach, Jessica provides support and assistance in administrative processes and new business development at MMS Group’s Head Office in Queensland.
South Australia Contracts Manager
Joyce joined MMS Group with 30 years’ experience in the cleaning industry. She is a driven manager who strives to provide an exceptional service and value for money. She is an excellent leader who understands the importance of building a good team in order to provide a quality service.
Disinfection & Sanitisation Coordinator
Abigaile holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, and is a talented and hard-working individual who manages our Disinfection & Sanitisation operations. Abigaile has excellent communication skills who liaises with stakeholders and our technicians and is a true team player. She leads our MMS Group disinfection and sanitisation operations as we become the leaders in Australia & New Zealand.
Rachel has been with MMS since June 2020. Experienced in people management, development, and other HR dynamics. A passion for people, working collaboratively and providing exceptional customer service. Rachel brings a depth of high level commercial systems management experience to our business throughout her role supporting the delivery of our Cleaning Department.
NZ Finance Manager
