Auckland’s new $42 million Downtown Ferry Terminal is set to open shortly on Queen’s Wharf. The new terminal has been designed for growth over coming decades, and when it opens on Monday 5 July, it will handle only a fraction of its capacity of several thousand passengers per hour.
MMS Group partnered with HEB Construction in providing the final construction clean this week ready for the new facilities opening which our Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, will be in attendance. The ferry terminal will be handed to MMS Group from July 5 for us to carry out the daily cleaning, also with our dedicated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) team to maintain the Hard FM services to provide a full robust maintenance package for Auckland Transport.
