Sydney Trains Copings

About This Project

MMS Group have a long-term contract with Sydney Trains involving the repainting of all stations and carpark stencils/markings yearly.

Every 5 years MMS will grind and remove the Coping (white platform safety line), repair any damaged substrate and repaint.

So far, the Copings at Kirrawee Railway Station have been successfully removed and repainted. The old Copings were ground off exposing the bare concrete with all cracks and damaged substrates repaired prior the application of three (3) coats of Dulux WB2 road marking paint.

All works were undertaken under a “corridor closure” allowing us to have full access of the station to complete works.
