Department of Justice – Cleaning

About This Project

Department of Justice (DOJ) Courthouse Cleaning

MMS had four dedicated work crews working throughout New Zealand carrying out a Nationwide exterior cleaning contract which included pressure cleaning / waterblasting whole buildings, window cleaning, minor maintenance and repairs of over 100 buildings owned by the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand.

Buildings consisted of being either single story buildings through to high-rise buildings. We’re proud that all works was carried out by MMS staff which involved tight security on a daily basis as we had to program all works around the day-to-day activity of court hearings and appeals. All works had to be programmed 2 weeks ahead to ensure we were able to gain access and our management team implemented to the hour planning and reporting processes so we could manage our site staff on a daily basis from either of our Wellington or Auckland’s offices.
