DTMR Special Cleans Project

DTMR Special Cleans Project

MMS Group is currently conducting industrial cleaning of all major bus stations across Brisbane network for the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR).

This special cleans project covers 54 bus stations, including as Eight Mile Plains, Gold Coast University Hospital and Noosa Junction and covers all platforms, footpaths, toilets, roofs, glass, ramps and overbridge areas.

MMS Group’s team of specialised high pressure water blasters and detail cleaners are working overnight using traffic control management to complete the project. As part of the industrial clean, all stations in the network are first cleaned using high pressure water blasters and then hand detailed for a spotless finish.

These works require the use of EWP (elevated work platforms) for external cleaning of overhead bridges at the stations and all staff performing these works have the necessary licenses to perform high risk works, such as EWP.

In addition to this special cleans project, as part of our wider contract with DTMR we also provide cleaning, horticulture and maintenance services across the entire Brisbane busway network.
